Right of admission reserved
We reserve the right to refuse any person entry to the premises whatsoever.

Termination of occupancy
We reserve the right to terminate the occupancy of any person , without notice, for failing to comply with the conditions stated in these rules or for creating any form of nuisance or annoyance which in any way interferes with the quiet or general comfort of other persons.

• No music may be played at all. Any other noise must be restricted to the minimum.
• Please respect the quiet times between 21:00 and 07:00.
  

Liability
All persons and/or goods entering/or brought onto the premises do so on their own risk. The Management accepts no responsibility for any loss of, or damage to persons, vehicles or other property whilst on the premises.

Tent Pegs
All tent pegs should be pegged within your stand boundary. Utility damage outside your stand will be charged for.

Bicycles Welcome
Enjoy cycling on the farm. To limit pedestrian injuries we do not allow bicycles on paved walkways and around ablution blocks. No motorcycles. No noisy plastic push scooters (toddlers). No electric scooters allowed in the camp.

Double-ups
No double-ups allowed. Strictly one caravan/camp trailer per stand with the necessary tents for one family. All your camping gear including vehicles should fit on your stand. Vehicles parked outside of the stand will be charged parking.

Pets
No pets will be allowed.

District
In terms of this agreement the client consents to the jurisdiction of the Cullinan Magisterial District.
