Our venue offers the perfect setting for a conference, meeting, team building or any corporate event of up to 36 delegates. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the relaxing atmosphere and natural beauty of our surroundings is ideal for fostering creativity and increasing your teamwork.Our immaculate conference venues are fully equipped and designed with your comfort in mind.
The Lodge has 18 Luxury rooms of which 2 are Executive suites. These two suites are included for all Conferences & Functions at no extra cost. We can accommodate 18 singles, or 36 sharing.
A generator offers automatic power back-up in case of load shedding – your conference can continue without interruption.
The Lodge offers two conference venues with the option of a half-day, full-day or 24-hour conference package. The half-day package includes arrival refreshments and one tea break with snacks. The full-day package includes arrival refreshments, two tea breaks with snacks, and a delicious lunch. The 24-hour package includes all of the above as well as accommodation. All packages include a data projector, screen, audio, whiteboard with markers, flip charts, Wi-Fi as well as mints and cordials. Bosvark Conference Venue
Black Bass conference venue is a spacious room with plenty of natural light and a calming view of the lush green gardens. It seats a maximum of 36 delegates. The one side of the conference room comprises sliding doors that can open all the way for a natural breeze but also has the option of air-conditioning. Our comfortable padded chairs offer proper back support to aid in keeping you focused on the task at hand.
Bosvark conference venue seats up to 14 delegates. This intimate venue resembles a boardroom set-up with big, comfortable, black leather-like chairs and air-conditioning. Each table has a hidden power source for added convenience. The tranquil view of the lake in the background is the perfect scene for a mental reboot in between sessions.
